Do you have any stats on how the Buick Century has had to have engine gaskets replaced due to Dex Cool coolant?
I have a 2003 Buick Century with v-6 engine. Are there any stats available on engine gaskets that have had to be replaced due to Dex Cool antifreeze? I just changed mine and put the regular green antifreeze in it. Is this ok??

The intake gasket is a common leak on those when you replaced what gasket did you get? Felpro or OE are best as theyve redesigned the gasket. I've seen a number of these go bad i think this last summer alone we had to replace 4 or 5 of em at the shop
