If I upgrade to Ceramic brake pads do I upgrade rotor as well or no? 1994 Ford Taurus?
My brakes are starting to go and I called my local parts place and they said they only carried ceramic pads I can get 4 pads (set) for $40 and they sell rotors for $20 each (this is a mechanic shop so prices are low).

The current rotors, or the replacement ones should be fine with the ceramic pads. I would go with the new rotors, if not have the old ones resurfaced. Having them resurfaced usually costs $10-$20 a piece and is a bit of a hassle so to me new is the
